Q.) How was your flight from Zimbabwe to the United States.
A.) Despite the fact that my flight from Zimbabwe was very long, I
actually enjoyed every bit of it because that was my first time aboard a
plane.Moreover, I was excited to see New York which is actually a fabulous
place.
Q.) What was your first impression of the United States.
A.) When I got here , I thought that all the people were living pretty only to
discover later that poverty here is as rampant as any other place.
Q.) What is one thing you've noticed about America that is totally different from
Zimbabwe.
A.) The marriage customs in America are different from those in Zimbabwe where
the groom pays the bride price(in the form of cash and a herd of cattle) to
ensure that the marriage is regarded as official.
Q.) What have you enjoyed most about America.
A.) I enjoyed the tour of Atlanta when i got to see The Capitol, the former
residence of human rights activist, Dr Martin L. King ,and the famous
peachtree street.
Q.) What is your impression of LeMoyne-Owen College.
A.) I love LeMoyne-Owen college because i feel it is the best place to be.
It is an excellent college which boasts of excellent professors, vast amounts of
resources , and a wide range of opportunities; thus; creating a conducive
environment for learning.
Q.) What is your favorite subject.
A.) My favorite subject is Chemistry.
Q.) What do you do in your free time when not
studying.
A.) I enjoy listening to music and reading novels.
